ABILITY TO ACCEPT Terms of Service

ACCOUNT TERMINATION POLICY

HelloChampion reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the HelloChampion Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
A) HelloChampion will terminate a User's access to its Website if, under appropriate circumstances, they are determined to be a repeat infringer.

ASSIGNMENT

These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by HelloChampion without restriction.

ACCESS RESTRICTION, SEVERABILITY and REFORMATION
